User logs into Ethics Connect , User click on Campaign Manager tab, User selects any of the available draft campaign, User is taken to Questions section under Administration , User click on the update button, User selects the option ‘Add/Modify Feedback’ from the functions menu against the question, On the popup screen, the question field will not be editable and the question cannot be changed. Feedback can only be setup for one question and not multiple questions, While creating feedback for a question with radio button / drop down type answers, user selects an answer type from the dropdown and enters the feedback text for that answer in the html editor, The HTML editor is by default set to font 2 points less than the font used for questions text and will be in italics. HTML editor should display all formatting options. If performance is found to be degraded for multiple options, then biz team will consider removing certain options from HTML editor for this screen, User can click on the + icon against the html editor to add feedback for another answer for the same question, The next row will have the dropdown for all the other answer types except the one for which feedback has already been setup before and will have the HTML editor against it. All subsequent rows will also have a ‘Remove Feedback’ link against them by which user can remove the feedback for that answer, For all other question types, user will be able to enter only one feedback and will not be given an option to add different feedback for different answers, User is shown a disclaimer on the bottom of the screen: < text to be given by biz team > , User saves the feedback for the answers using the save button at the bottom of the screen, The feedback is saved against the question, User can click on cancel button to cancel the feedback , User return back to the questions screen, Once a feedback has been saved, user can view the feedback by selecting ‘View Feedback’ option on the functions menu of the question, which will open the feedback setup popup in a read only mode,
